At Seek. Know. Become., we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Many of our physical products, including books and devotionals, are produced specifically when an order is placed. Because these products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental orders, or incorrectly entered order information.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@seekknowbecome.com as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not return an item unless we provide return instructions.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Because print-on-demand orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been submitted. If you notice an error or need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@seekknowbecome.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you if production has not yet begun.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law. If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital purchase, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee refunds or free replacements for orders that are undeliverable or delivered incorrectly because of an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
REFUNDS
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
