Thank you for shopping with Seek. Know. Become. We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent ordering experience. Please review the following information regarding the processing, production, and delivery of your order.
ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
Some physical products sold by Seek. Know. Become., including books and devotionals, are produced on demand through our printing and fulfillment partners.
Because these products are made specifically after an order is placed, your order may require production time before it is shipped. Production time is separate from the shipping/transit time shown at checkout.
Please note that production and fulfillment times may vary based on the product, order volume, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping rates may vary based on the products ordered, destination, and shipping method selected.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Delivery estimates provided at checkout or after an order has shipped are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once production is complete and your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method and carrier.
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, service disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a shipping notification is sent.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your address before submitting your order. Because print-on-demand products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed afterward.
If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at hello@seekknowbecome.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you if the order has not already entered production or shipped.
Seek. Know. Become. is not responsible for additional costs or unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, except as required by applicable law.
LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@seekknowbecome.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
If tracking indicates that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors when appropriate, and the shipping carrier. You may also contact us for assistance.
Claims involving carrier loss or damage will be reviewed individually.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products do not require physical shipping. When you purchase a digital product, access or download instructions will be provided electronically as described on the applicable product page or during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability, if offered, will be displayed at checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout specifically states that such charges are included.
International orders may also experience additional customs or carrier delays.
